Proposal
If it fits, a proposal with methodology, timeline and a clear budget.
What decision makers want to know first
How neutral can an institute be that also advises?
The analysis is commissioned and paid independently of any follow up work. Whether advisory follows is your call. IWCI sells no software or agency services a recommendation could depend on.
What does IWCI cost?
It depends on question and scope. After the first call you get a proposal with a clear budget. The Klartext-Tour has a fixed scope.
How long does a project take?
A red flag check two to three weeks. A light study up to four weeks. The Klartext-Tour opinion picture after around 30 days. An enterprise study up to six months.
How much of our time does it take?
Little. For the Klartext-Tour three to four days in the first 45 days, then one to two days a month. We run the interviews.
How confidential is the work?
Confidentiality is standard and agreed in writing before the project starts. Clients are named only with their approval.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. Interviews worldwide, reports in German and English.
